The Role

We are looking for an Account Executive to launch our sales team in the UK. In this role you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing opportunities through the sales pipeline to deal close (and upsell). There will be potential to expand and lead our UK sales team as well. You will report to our Chief Sales Officer (US) and work closely with our sales teams in the US and Japan to ensure that our company’s sales goals are met. You will be working with VP/C-level executives (GC’s, VP’s, C-suite) – at medium to large companies across industries – that are looking to optimize their legal teams’ operations.  

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in SaaS sales. Experience in the legal/legaltech industry is a big plus! Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities 
  • Identify opportunities to expand accounts with Japanese/US customers that have a UK presence
  • Contact and qualify potential customers
  • Set appointments and follow up on opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales development and Marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
  • Must be flexible with schedule to account for timezones in US to account for team meetings, etc

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as an Account Executive, or 3+ years in the legal industry working with attorneys/contracts managers, and/or VP/C-level executives.

  • This is a fully remote role but may, in time, involve hybrid office work in London
